He began his career at DLF Laing O\u2019Rourke as a Commercial Manager, and then went on to work with several engineering, construction, and real-estate companies before founding CurationTech India- a turnkey delivery solutions firm which provides end to end consulting &amp; contracting solutions to clients involved in the construction industry, in 2011. Hietesh was personally responsible for business development and client servicing for CurationTech India and oversaw the company\u2019s growth from a start-up to an established business that generated more than five million dollars in revenue within the first three years.
